Federal Supervisory Interagency Recovery Coordination Program Manager
CurrentAdvises and represents the Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator (FDRC) and Regional Recovery Director on recovery-related matters in disaster-impacted areas and often serves as a spokesman. Articulates recovery program complexities, nuances, and technical information to a wide range of audiences and senior officials. Direct oversight and coordination of operational components of Recovery Support Strategy (RSS) implementation among multiple federal, state, local, private and non-profit organizations on disaster-related issues and impacts as they relate to disaster recovery and the RSS.Guides and oversees effective technical assistance and support in coordination with state resources to disaster-impacted communities. Directly supervises the Interagency Recovery Coordination (IRC) Team, providing supervisory oversight and management of a highly technical, analytical and administrative multi-sector workforce that coordinates with other federal agencies, FEMA assistance programs, state, tribal, territorial, local governments, non-governmental organizations, and private sector stakeholders.
