I started in a team of five and was in charge of 13 river-cruise vessels in European waterways, my key responsibilities were planning & altering sailing routes in accordance with captains, tour-operators and docking providers across Europe, payrolls, evaluation of docks and management of vessel planning of a company owned harbor which hosts over 35 vessels.Highlights during my employment:- In late 2021, I took on additional responsibilities in monitoring and managing company owned 70 docks. - Very fast-paced and dynamic work, spontaneous challenges are happening round the clock.

The vision of the company was to be the pioneer of the river cruise industry, by offering online training solutions for catering crew members, to unburden the cruise companies and simplify the recruiting process by saving time and manpower for a better outcome. As part of the startup team, I was overall in charge of recruiting, social media, developing training materials and point of contact for cruise companies.

I worked closely in a team of 10 people and I was managing 8 river-cruise vessels with more than 200 crew members. My area of responsibility were crew management, recruitment management, crew development & rotation, embarkation and disembarkation planning.Apart from my main duties, I was also responsible for visa assistance for non-EU crew members, advising on pay and other remuneration issues; administrating payroll and maintaining crew records; analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental heads; issuing work contracts and related certificates.Highlights during my employment:- a very dynamic work with challenges round the clock.- a vibrant company with 20 people / 15 different nationalities based in Cyprus, with a headquarter in Switzerland and sister companies across Europe and over 5000 crew members worldwide.

I was responsible for organizing all kinds of VIP related programs. Cashiering, reception, hotel related translations and handling guest complaints were part of my duties as well. Experienced in exclusive guest itineraries & concierge planning. I also worked closely with sales & marketing department for hotel inspections and related translations such as hotel brochures, fact sheets and resort information.Highlights during my employment: - In April 2013, I presented 3 cultural trainings for all the hotel employees.- I had the opportunity to meet and serve some of the most famous celebrities across the globe.- My guest service stories were honored twice as Wow Stories, which were published worldwide in more than 4087 Marriott properties in the daily CTQ (Commitment to Quality).
