As a QA manager at S-PRO, I led a team of 15+ testers and was responsible for quality assurance throughout the company. Here are some improvements that I managed to implement: - organizing Scrum activities with a separate testing time; - implementation of a system of separate test environments with access rights divided according to the role on the project - inspired by git flow; - implementation of mobile build delivery process for testing using HockeyApp service; - creation and implementation of a single checklist format for reporting on the tester's work on the project; - formalization and unification of the bug reports format; - implementation of 1-2-1 meetings process with testers and PMs to monitor the current status of the project; - implementation of automated testing process; - implementation of API testing process; - implementation of using the testing tools.As the head of the department, I conducted hiring, mentoring, training and attestation of employees. I carried out the estimation of time for testing at the start of the project, planning and control of the load of department employees, as well as the allocation of the tester to the project.As part of the employee training, I conducted 8 workshops related to the most popular tools and technologies required for the testers' work.

As a QA/QC engineer at S-PRO, I have worked on several different projects related to web and mobile applications. The main development technologies were Angular, React, React Native, native mobile apps, Ionic, Node.js, Socket.io. My work was related to manual and automated testing of applications, both from the user side and API testing. For automation I've used Java as a programming language, Selenium WebDriver (with Selenide framework) for browser control, REST Assured framework for API interaction, TestNG (with ReportNG) as a test framework and Maven as a project management and build automation tool. The largest projects I have worked with:- Healthcare Document Management System. Product is launched is several US hospitals. Ionic based mobile application and web application, which provides access to hospital and patients documents. Also provides communication and social features like chats, steams etc.- Moving Pipe. A cloud based transportation Software (SaaS) that facilitates an instant communication between companies, carriers, and brokers. This tool lets carriers publish their available space in real-time, while companies can publish goods that need transport in an instant.- Billy. Simple Billing and Expense Tracking For Freelancers and Creatives.
