• Facilitate, review, and coordinate the account opening/induction process for all U.S. based Prime Services clients globally and across all the Firm’s products areas.• Liaise between the client and internal groups that are involved in the on-boarding process (e.g., Legal, Credit, Operations, Client ID.)• Initiate and coordinate all account opening/induction process as required to enable transaction including but not limited to PB, Swaps, Futures, Repos and FX.• Coordination of documentation for beneficial owner market set-up (i.e. Brazil, Taiwan, Korea, China, India) with both client and each custodian bank’s staff across the globe.• Remediated set-up procedures and process to establish beneficial owner market custodial accounts that resulted in a significant improvement in timeline. • Improved internal communication amongst internal/external groups involved in set-up shortening the time to open an account and to prioritize urgent requests • Maintain client accounts (i.e., enabling Prime Services account for product trading, working with Operations to resolve set-up issues, etc.)

• Prepare and review legal documents for new fund launching• Facilitate account openings for different financial products including PB, options, futures and equity swaps• Coordinate with Project Managers, Client Services, Sales, and Negotiators to onboard new and organic clients• Communicate and execute requests from internal and external clients• Test and provide feedback to development team in relation to enhancement tools• Perform due diligence, Know your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance for domestic and foreign counterparties
