After 12 years litigating personal injury claims for the defense, I decided it was time to take my knowledge and experience and use it to help people who have been physically injured or had their lives deeply affected by their employers. I also help my clients plan for their family's futures by developing their estate plans.

Mr. Chiosso has been admitted to Federal District Courts and Appellate Courts in California and Colorado. He has represented clients in a variety of transactional, consulting and litigation matters. His litigation experience includes defending clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, contractor liability, complex, multi-party toxic tort, personal injury, construction defect and other general negligence causes of action. His legal career began in 2000 as general counsel for Atwood Asset Management in Sausalito, California where he handled the firm's transactional, regulatory, tax and litigation matters, while also managing client asset portfolios. In 2005 he began representing clients in complex toxic tort and general litigation defense at Jackson and Wallace LLP. He became a partner at Jackson Jenkins Renstrom LLP in 2010. In addition to extricating his clients from complex lawsuits via motion practice and by negotiating favorable settlements, Mr. Chiosso has obtained defense verdicts in both California and Colorado cases and he is a member of the firm’s management committee.When not litigating, he works closely with individuals and families to create comprehensive estate plans with an emphasis on protecting children.

My practice currently focuses in litigation defense, specifically toxic tort (asbestos), personal injury and premesis liability. I am licensed in California and Colorado.
