Anthony has been employed as a consultant in the construction industry for more than 12 years. He started his carrier as a Building Surveyor at EC Harris and in his 6th year moved into project management. He has been MRICS qualified for the last 9 years and been actively involved in assessing RICS Project Manager candidates for the last 3 years. Aged 34, he is currently a partner at Rider Levett Bucknall, managing a team of 7 Project Managers from graduate to associate level and is responsible for leading and developing the project management commercial and retail sectors for the London office.Anthony’s experience has seen him work within the public, private, health, education and residential sectors from a development and asset management perspective as both a Building Surveyor and Project Manager. More recently though he has been focused in the retail and commercial sectors. RELEVANT EXPERIENCECommercial Office: Anthony leads the commercial office team who are currently working on a diverse number of office led refurbishment (including extensive cut and carve) and new build projects within and just outside of the London area. The projects range from circa £6m up to £95m where RLB are provide full PM and EA services. Retail: Anthony oversees the retail sector within London who are predominantly involved in occupier led schemes throughout the UK and Ireland in addition to new build shell and existing shopping centre refurbishments. Projects range from circa £500k up to £6m and again RLB are involved in both PM, CA and EA services.

Undertaking EA and Project Management roles within the retail and commercial office sectors

• Employer’s agent roles in multiple refurbishments of retail, office, and mixed use schemes. • Contract administration and project management of special needs, education, commercial office, industrial and various public contracts.• Professional dilapidations work including preparation of schedules and reports, liaison with Landlord and Tenant’s surveyors and project management of tenant’s works.• Party Wall matters including preparation and agreement awards. • Undertaking, programming and managing stock condition surveys (up to 120 assets), schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys. • Preparation of feasibility reports for alterations to educational, commercial and various Local Authority buildings. • Managing agent role
