I am a condensed matter physicist leading innovative research in the fields of semiconductors, nanotechnology, and materials science to develop new and cutting-edge products, enhance existing products and contribute to the general scientific knowledge. I have expertise in a broad range of principles and methods in theoretical, computational and experimental physics.My general duties and responsibilities include the generation of research leads and opportunities, writing and preparation of technical proposals, coordination of research involving multiple teams (internal and external) and disciplines, self-directed technical research and development, and compilation and communication of results.Research topics and interests: colloidal nanoparticles, quantum dots, superlattices and quantum wells, InAsSb, InGaAs, HgCdTe, CdZnTe, infrared detectors and imaging and radiation detectors.
