Benevento Realty is a family-owned business in the Bronx, NY that primarily focuses on both residential and commercial real estate development. When I first began working at Benevento I assisted one of the project managers in effectively keeping a record of what tasks had been completed and those which remained. After the first year of working at Benevento, I worked to ensure that our projects were running smoothly and on schedule. In this position, I documented and negotiated material costs among sub-contractors. In addition, I specifically worked closely with carpenters, roofers, masons, and electricians, in an effort to drive profitability. The relationships built over this period between myself and the contracted parties, therefore, allowed me to easily communicate the objectives of each task and ensure that our projects stayed on schedule.
