The Position I have at PSA transport requires me to be flexible on a daily basis I handle a whole range of Import and export shipments, I handle the shipments from starts to finish including customs clearance, I am responsible for P/L for the Ocean Department as well as quoting and reaching out to new and potential customers.

My Position at DB Schenker was Key Customer Service Operator, I would be responsible for up to 12 clients at any One time, I was the main point of contact for those customers when dealing with DB Schenker, I would ensure they were looked after and all Imports was handled correctly, Including clearance,deliveries overseas collection warehousing,all invoicing relating matters and reporting.

As an Advertising contractor I would advertise for companies such as Clear channel and the like. Directly onto advertising boards or Telephone boxes, I had strict deadlines to meet as the Customer paid for a time period for each site.I also did a lot of work sub-contracting for different companies I had to find my own work which was very challenging but largely rewarding I found my-self covering a lot of sites all over Norfolk, Suffolk,Essex and Cambridgeshire.
