Operations Manager - Assets Protection
CurrentTeam Management: Supervise and lead a team of asset protection specialists, investigators, and security personnel. Multi-unit experience over 2 year period.Asset Protection Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's assets, including physical assets, inventory, and intellectual property.Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft, fraud, and shrinkage within the organization.Security Systems: Oversee the maintenance and operation of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control, and electronic article surveillance.Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the organization's assets.Incident Response: Develop and execute incident response plans in case of security breaches or asset-related incidents.Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to asset protection and security.Training: Provide training to employees on security protocols, de-escalation techniques, theft prevention, and safety procedures.Data Analysis: Analyze data and reports related to asset protection, identify theft & shrinkage trends, and recommend improvements based on findings.Vendor Management: Collaborate with security service providers and vendors to ensure effective security project planning and execution.Budget Management: Manage the budget for asset protection operations, including resource allocation and cost control.Project Management: Identify, Initiate and execute to completion security process and application projects at a building and network level. Lead and participate in Cross-functional teams, an & off-site trainings and presentations.Community outreach: Oversee all internal & external volunteer opportunities, communicate and engage with community first responders
