Anthony has two decades of experience in various fields like education, management, consulting, learning and development. He has successfully conducted insightful programs on communication, leadership, conflict management and change management among other programs. He is at ease in a classroom as well as outbound training programs. His experience and association with people and organizations from various domains helps him to effectively facilitate and disseminate insights about people and their behavior.A Bachelor of Science graduate in Chemistry, he was more inclined towards the chemistry of humans in organization rather than that of organic and inorganic elements. This led him to successfully acquiring a Diploma in Human Resource Management (Xavier Institute of Management) and Labor Laws & Labor Welfare (Mumbai University). He holds Masters (MBA) in HRM from NMIMS. He has also done a Certificate Course in Total Quality Management and PG Diploma in Instructional Design, both from Symbiosis to his credit. He is actively involved in guiding and counseling the youth with their career choices. His interests include reading, blogging, interacting with people. He has keen interests in understanding how organizations learn and grow.
