Over the past 16 months, I have been at the front line of helping customers in the Westpac Group. I have experience of helping customers across a range of products, Transaction Accounts, Credit Cards and now all Secured products which has given me a wide range of knowledge across all banking products. I have also been trained in multiple systems depending on each of the brands across the group, and my quick ability to learn new systems has allowed me to perform work at a higher standard, action more accounts and in the end, help more customers. My greatest achievement was when I was rewarded with meeting our Head of Customer and Business Assist where I was invited due to my efforts in the work place.
