Quality Controller for logistics at Encirc, role includes Quality checking of stock using measurement technologies, raising quality issues to the glass and beverages departments and holding regular meetings with each department to ensure quality issues are addressed and corrected, RCA (Route Cause Analysis) for collapsed loads to customers and internal transfers. I look after any NCR'S (Non Conforment reports) or SNCR'S (Supplier Non Conforment Reports) raised against despatch whilst creating new procedures to implement to the team. Key point to point contact of the Glass and Beverages departments. Health and safety auditor for the despatch and warehouse areas which go towards KPI'S.
