Anthony Coletto is a Finance leader with start-up experience in multiple industries. at Cresilon. As part of the newly formed Business Operations function, we were tasked with solving high priority cross-functional challenges, and some of them were…ugly, to say the least. We supported nearly every function in the business, ranging from Growth to Finance, each presenting their own unique challenges and complexities. No matter the depth of the challenge, Anthony could jump in and grasp the critical issues incredibly fast, ask the right questions, and start putting the pieces of a project plan in place. Whether it was missing data or bad data, missing process or bad process - or some combination of both, which was generally the case - I figured out very quickly that Anthony was fearless and could make sense of anything that was put in front of us. He’s methodical and logical, and he can decipher substance in noisy data faster than anyone I’ve ever worked with. I watched, project by project, as Anthony established himself as an invaluable partner to every personality across the stakeholder spectrum, regardless of hierarchy. He asked smart questions and he delivered, and everyone wanted Anthony on their team. He was very thoughtful in his approach and would get tactical when necessary, but always kept the critical initiatives in mind and made sure our resources were focused in the best direction to maximize impact. Anthony had already built a reputation for being an exceptional utility player before I met him, but I was still blown away by just how good he really is. He’s incredibly gifted at explaining his approach and rationale, which often taught the people around him how to be better in their own roles. Anthony is also a natural leader and mentor who truly invests in his team. He lifts people up, personally and professionally. He has a genuine desire to help anyone, even when things are intense, and he builds deep, lasting relationships as a result. He also happens to be one of the funniest people I know, and I’ve never seen him rattled. With Anthony I always knew what to expect, and I will always admire who he is as a person. I’m forever grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Anthony and learn from him. There just aren’t many people with his combination of skills and personality, and I appreciate having the chance to know him."
