Regional Sales Manager
Current• Builds and maintains productive relationships with current accounts, while seeking out, and building new accounts wherever possible. • Provides best-in-class account management by developing, implementing and utilizing sales strategies to grow key anchor customers within the region served. • Establish and attend frequent face-to-face meetings with accounts to ensure that they are receiving personalized account management services. • Deliver on all monthly revenue goals by utilizing necessary sales tools to ensure margins are being met. • Assists customer with market analysis, and strategy to maximize sales. • Manages account’s inventory and advises adjustments based upon current inventory levels and market conditions.• Works in conjunction with the marketing department to support sales objectives. • Continuously seeks superior product, industry and competitor knowledge.• Shares market information; trends, changing market conditions, competitive activity, and customer initiatives with Sales Director as well as Sr. Leadership Team of Century.• Continuously seeks new opportunities to endorse, sell and add value to the company.• Travels to conventions, meetings and tradeshows based on business demands. • Participates in training and development for less experienced sales team members.
