Following Ferguson's acquisition of Aaron & Co., I provided transitional support for this leading $29B public wholesaler. Privileged to assist their northeast division and corporate teams with post-acquisition financial projects and the integration of branch and central warehousing operations, I gained valuable insight into many of distribution's best practices.

Honored to have served the stake holders of this proud, independent $150MM wholesaler of plumbing and HVAC products, my initial focus surrounded the accounting, credit. financial, and risk management areas. In 2017, my responsibilities expanded to include IT, human resources, branch, and central warehousing operations. Aaron's deep-rooted service culture, combined with stellar people and processes, resulted in a well-established value proposition, allowing us to successfully compete against some of the largest corporations in the world.

Serving as CFO for this private equity owned multi-state wholesaler of masonry supplies, natural stone, and aggregates, I contributed to both the national expansion of the business, and to its successful, strategic contraction during the GFC. Responsibilities included managing the accounting team, financial reporting, investor/creditor relations, and working with the President and PEG on the overall development and execution of strategic initiatives.
