Working at the leading natural venue in England and Wales to provide a thrilling but safe session to a wide variety of clients. Constantly acting to provide the highest level of safety to a group of inexperienced clients. Gaining a deep practical understanding of rivers, through working on and engaging with the river management and stewardship.

Anthony has given guest lectures on hydraulic modelling and flood risk management. In 2022 he developed a week long course, with 16 hours of lectures and supported learning to guide students through developing a 1D-2D hydraulic model in industry standard software, and undertake an initial assessment of flood risk management options following industry practice. This course was delivered and assessed annually by Anthony to third year students as part of their assessed projects work.

I joined Arup as a graduate in 2017, and since then I have shown myself to be a critical member of my team. I have progressed my interests in flood risk modelling and management, as well as in digital technology and innovation, and is recognised nationwide within Arup as a key person of contact for assistance with hydraulic modelling, water GIS and digital.I have experience in flood assessment, as well as mitigation and alleviation optioneering and design, and communicating this in a variety of ways, including Flood Risk/Consequence Assessments, modelling reports, and direct interaction with other design disciplines, clients and stakeholders.Whilst at Arup I have worked with many clients, and been co-located in multiple office's, receiving recognition for my ability to work unsupported by my own team in a client face technical role.
