Technical Support for a SaaS Faxing Solution.Responsible for setting up and maintaining virtual servers running under Hyper-V, consisting of AD, DNS, DHCP, CRM, SQL, VPN, IIS, etc.

Responsible for all IT operations for two Allied Health School campuses. Duties include maintaining Active Directory/Exchange, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Servers, Automated Tape Backup System, Cisco Network Equipment, Cisco IP End Equipment, Computer Labs, Printers, Copiers, and Workstations. Assist/Resolve User issues in person, via Phone, E-mail, Remote Assistance/Desktop. Diagnose and resolve any internal network/connectivity issues. Responsible for acquiring and setup new equipment, including Smart Phones/PDA’s, software, and maximizing the usable life of existing equipment. Prioritize the resolution of issues by severity and impact, while maintaining deadlines of both small and large projects, along with everyday duties, including completing tasks/projects outside of regular business hours
