Responsible for Corporate Finance at the Hong Kong Jockey Club with a team of circa 100. Remit included Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting and Taxation, Treasury, Corporate Controllership, Finance Shared Services and Risk Management.

Responsible for both the Audit and Risk Management Departments within the Hong Kong Jockey Club with a team of approximately 45. Led a three year transformation program to align the Audit Department with global best practice. Due to the number, size and complexity of the Club's strategic projects, significant focus was placed on project audit and risk in addition to the operational audits over the Club's diverse operations. Both the Audit and Risk Management Departments were heavily involved in the projects to deliver the recently opened Conghua Racecourse and Tai Kwun.About The Hong Kong Jockey ClubFounded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club operates an integrated business model of world-class horse racing and racing entertainment, responsible sports wagering and lottery, charitable contributions and club membership.
