Manage carrier relationships and pricing. Review Customer accounts , profitability and potential issues with there customers. Ensure billing is done in a timely manner and correctly. Approve credit for new customers. I manage International shipping for imports and exports ocean , air warehousing ,truckload and LTL trucking as well as White Glove services. Quote all customers for international. Arrange with international partners to make the bookings etc. Ensure documentation is done correctly. Consulting for international customers involved in imports and Exports.I bring Solutions to the table and viable options rather than telling the customer this is the only solution.I look for the most cost effective solution based upon the budget and timing of the customer needs.
