Serve, visit, call, and handle all customers within my local and outside territories

By the numbers, Town Hall is the busiest bar/restaurant in all of Ohio. This is currently my weekend job in which I work for tips based on the tips that bartenders make and server sales. The responsibilities of a barback include bussing tables, changing/lifting kegs, maintaining a clean environment, washing/stocking glassware, and providing customer service to promote a great dining experience. This is a job which tests one's ability to handle stress, as there are a lot of customers in the establishment at one time.

- M.I.T program included training in money handling/bank deposits, inventory management, labor management, analyzing sales numbers- Delegated and directed employees to ensure solid communication, understanding of company goals, and smooth running of the restaurant- Stresses the value of great customer service, while also ensuring safe work standards and a team-oriented environment - Leadership skills and different management styles- Preparing food in a timely manner while also maintaining quality and health and safety standards

- Prepared various entrees and promoted high customer satisfaction- Made sure food was cooked in a timely manner and up to customer satisfaction/company standards- Promoted and maintained proper communication amongst workers to create a pleasant, productive, and team-oriented environment- Facilitated and supervised new employees in order to bring them up-to-speed with company’s vision & mission, goals, procedures, and policies

- Prepared various food items that met the standards of customers and the company- Put in charge of training new employees and bringing them up-to-speed with company's goals, mission & vision, standards, and policies- "Jack of all trades" - was very proficient at every station on the production line (grill, dressing table, dish, prep, fountain, drive-thru)- Assisted in ordering and putting away of weekly inventory deliveries

- Started out as a seasonal employee and was brought on full time after showing solid work ethic and strong focus on customer service- Assisted in inventory management by being the employee who put away weekly deliveries- Assisted managers with end-of-day procedures by validating bank deposits and sales numbers- Assisting customers daily on the sales floor with purchasing decisions, fitting rooms, suggestions, etc.- Cash handling, working of cash registers- Assisting team in setting up seasonal promotions (signs, manikins, store layout)
