In his capacity as Project Engineer Anthony actively contributes to a diverse array of small to medium residential, retail and commercial buildings. Anthony initially undertakes structural surveys to residential, retail and commercial buildings. In consultation with the client, he prepares detailed Tender Specifications which includes the description of the quality, standards, workmanship, materials of work to be done across the project. He issues tender invitations to contractors as nominated by the client and reviews and comments on their return. Anthony provides the client with a detailed Tender analysis of all nominated tenders and recommends a preferred contractor. Anthony also organises and chairs pre contract meetings, prepares and manages contracts (JTC), ensuring that the works are progressing in accordance with the contract programme so that the completion date is achieved by the parties. Furthermore, he conducts interim payment inspections, documenting progress and providing regular reports to clients. Anthony adeptly handles any variations and issues necessary instructions under the building contract, while also certifying works and issuing practical completion certificates.

Amazon's state-of-the-art Audible Dolby Atmos Studios are situated within the Glasshouse Yard building in Central London. Anthony was tasked with conducting a feasibility study to assess the potential for installing two new recording studio pods on the building's first floor. To begin, Anthony conducted an initial assessment of the building's structure, which included a review of current drawings and O&M documentation pertaining to its history and maintenance. He then proceeded to conduct a site inspection, visually evaluating the condition of the building's structural elements such as foundations, walls, and floors, while identifying any indications of distress, deterioration, or damage. Anthony evaluated the capacity and structural performance of the floors in comparison to the proposed pod loadings. Based on his assessment, he provided recommendations for structural enhancements, repairs, or retrofitting measures aimed at bolstering the stability, safety, and overall performance of the existing building. Finally, Anthony compiled a report detailing the findings of the structural feasibility study, which encompassed the methodology employed, assessment results, recommendations, and supporting calculations

YES Engineering was commissioned by the City of London Corporation to conduct a structural survey on the Grade II listed Golden Lane sport & fitness center. Anthony oversaw the survey, assessing the integrity and safety of the concrete elements within the swimming pool under-croft, as well as the surrounding areas of the pool and gymnasium. Anthony identified and reported all potential defects and weaknesses, documenting his findings along with recommendations for remedial actions where necessary.

Anthony is the CAD/Building Information manager for IDOM UK. He oversees the integration of BIM Company wide. He is responsible for the development, coordination, publication and guidance of BIM management and project protocols. Anthony acts as liaison between the projects disciplines to maximise the benefit of using BIM as a design and collaboration tool to achieve optimum BIM performance though out the project’s lifespan. He has overall responsibility for the BIM model creation and information developed within. Handling complex designs and drafting assignments and completing projects within scope, schedule and budget. Anthony is currently overseeing Idom/Merebrooks BIM model for the East Quad Grangegorman campus in Dublin Ireland. The East Quad will be a centre of excellence for the creative arts and media and the national Conservatoire of Ireland.

Riyadh Metro-Red line. West Depot BuildingsBIM Coordinator.The Western Depot Facility area consists of 6 number maintenance buildings in various sizes. The largest of which was over 300m in length. Anthony was the BIM Coordinator for these depots. Anthony generated the BIM models and collaborated with design professionals for integration into new projects. He conducted quality assurance and quality control checks on models ensuring a timely delivery.

T2A Heathrow Airport.Anthony was the CAD compliance Manager for the T2A Project. He acted as the main point of contact for all major Consultants and Sub-contractors Cad management teams and HETCo. Anthony and his team audit, comments and advises on all deliverable drawings, model files and registers that are required to be handed over to BAA/HAL as part of this project. In his duties, Anthony organizes and delivers CAD compliance workshops in which he shares current Heathrow Airport Limited’s CAD procedures, layer manager tools and CAD Checker reports. Anthony also acts as a CAD liaison with HALs Information management team; he updates and coordinates queries and knowledge between consultants and Sub-contractors.

Eastern Airside Access Road (EAAR)Senior Engineering Technician/ 3D Modeller Anthony was given the task to create 3D model of the twin pre-stressed concrete aircraft bridge decks and 800m of RC road/tunnel structures, this included both the secant pile and retaining wall details. Anthony used 3D max software to produce photo realistic images as well as a 3 minute fly-through incorporating the main bridges roads and surrounding buildings

M20 Cork to Limerick MotorwayLead Project TechnicianAs Lead Project Technician on this motorway scheme my role was to assist the designers in producing the Environmental Impact Statement and the Preliminary design report for the proposed route, maintaining and managing the flow of documents, correspondence and information between the designers and interested members of the public. This included Land liaison, public displays, home visits etc. My participation in this project began from the initial desktop studies up to oral hearing.The M20 Cork-Limerick Motorway Scheme included the following elements; 84 km of Standard Dual Divided Motorway; 6km of Dual Carriageway Route;45 Km of associated National, Regional and Local roads; A Motorway Service Area; 9 Fully Grade Separated Junctions; 26 Road Bridges, 8 River Bridges; and 2 Railway Bridges; 33 Accommodation Structures and 36 major Culverts.University College Cork Western Gateway BuildingSenior Engineering TechnicianThis Project consists of the construction of a new five storey Building with a Gross Floor Area of 27,000m2. The Scheme included associated site works, widening of the Western Road and the introduction of a pedestrian bridge. Anthony was involved in the preparation of Utilities, Civil, General Arrangement and Reinforcement detailing from preliminary design through to construction.Bellanaboy Bridge Gas Terminal/Corrib field developmentSenior Engineering TechnicianLocated some 83 kilometres off the northwest coast of County Mayo, this medium sized gas field was developed as a subsea ‘tie-back’ facility, connected by a pipeline to an onshore processing terminal located approximately 9 kilometres inland. My role in this project was to assist in the many on-going amended planning applications for this terminal, associated buildings, settlement ponds and noise monitoring stations.
