Born and raised in Italy until the age of 13, my passion for food and hospitality began at a young age. I have since developed extensive experience in the restaurant and service industry, working in various roles that have allowed me to hone my culinary, management, and customer service skills.My career journey includes working as a waiter at Carrabba’s, where I learned the importance of customer satisfaction and teamwork in a high-paced environment. I also had the opportunity to manage Mario’s Pizza, where I led a team, oversaw daily operations, and ensured the highest quality food and service for our guests. My experience extends beyond the restaurant industry as I have also worked at Heather Glen Senior Living, where I collaborated with a team to maintain the well-being and comfort of residents.I am passionate about creating memorable experiences through great food and excellent service, and I continue to grow my skills in leadership, culinary arts, and customer care.
