Founder and president of Control Dynamics International, a control systems engineering company. Started the company in Beaumont, Texas with one person and grew it to a peak of 88 employees with offices in Houston, Dallas and Harlingen Texas. CDI maintained automation engineering practices in the lumber industry, foods industry, cement industry and the oil and gas upstream and midstream industries. I sold the business to a publically traded engineering company in 2010.
