I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing, from Montclair State University. With over five years of experience at JPS Collision INC in Newark, NJ, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that spans customer service, digital marketing, and administrative support within the Auto Collision industry.Currently, I am a certified Tesla Technician, a role I have held since November 2022. In this position, I work closely with shop estimators to log vehicles for repair, manage parts, and ensure calibration back to factory specifications according to manufacturer procedures. This hands-on experience has deepened my technical knowledge and enhanced my ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. In addition to my technical role, I have been serving as an Administrative Office Assistant since June 2019. This dual role has allowed me to refine my administrative and organizational skills, ensuring efficient office operations and excellent customer service.I am passionate about the automotive industry and am eager to continue growing within this field.
