UOW Motorsport is an organisation of university students who manage and market the design, construction and competition of an open wheel - formula style race car. In my role as Business Director I oversee the Sponsorship, Media, Recruitment, Events, and Human Resource divisions.

My main task was recruiting new members and overseeing their successful implementation into the organisation. I ensured their successful transition from recruits to full member. I also undertook various other human resources roles throughout the year as they presented themselves.

I perform various end of day procedures including:- Counting and closing the balance on registers- Performing cash clearances- Finalising the balance on the self-serve registers and change machines- Restocking shelves- Various other managerial tasks and problems that present themselves On top of my normal customer service representative duties:- Cash Handling- Customer service
