As a Student and Partnership Manager, I develop and maintain employer partnerships for the program in the field of healthcare while supporting students through their internship experience as part of the CUNY Career Launch initiative.

Planned job fair for nonprofit organizations to employ 500+ 14 and 15-year-old youth for the summer. Developed job shadowing handbook to procure businesses and out-of-school youth. Connected 300 out-of-school youth to National Job Shadowing Project. Developed program quality management tool and assess MOED Youth Services programs.
