 In charge to comply with the manpower requirements of the foreign principals, sourcing and sorting. Conducting Special Recruitment Activity (SRA) in provinces to fill the manpower needs and according with the standard qualification of the employer Conduct evaluation / pre-screening of applicants in behalf of the client. Coordinate with clients for the interview schedule of pre-selected candidates and follow up applicants for interview. Prepares Interview Line up, Interview Results and Job Confirmation. Communicating with the employers.  Assist clients during interview or out of town interview. Coordinate closely to the processing department for the endorsement of the selected candidates and its documents. Attend to applicant queries. Submit status report to the OM and CEO.
