• Providing Design, Implementation, and Support services for Virtulization-based systems • Develop structures and architecture design strategies to satisfy client requirements and further develop service standardization/delivery of virtualize desktops for Toyota Motor North America customers• Design, Configure, Implement, Support and Maintenance of Active Directory Group Policy issues that impact virtualized desktops• Collaborate with customer SME to provide virtualization desktop solutions that meet their needs• Package and deploy applications to customers in order to meet their needs• Perform daily system health monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all physical and virtual hardware, server resources, systems processes, reviewing system and application logs• Identify, Diagnose and Correct problems related to virtual environment• Work within a team environment to support current systems, to architect and design solutions, to resolve complicated support requests, and to direct, coordinate and prioritize support resource assignments and deliverables• Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation• Operations and maintenance application of security updates and patch management across all systems working closely with customers and internal Information Security teams for remediation• Creating the road-map and regulations guiding designs and implementation within desktop virtualization environment• Assist business managers in developing policies and guidelines regarding the design and implementation of IT within the Enterprise• Vulnerability remediation of Infrastructure elements working with customer and internal Security teams• Research innovative technologies for implementation across the Enterprise

Currently providing consulting services to Oncor Electric Delivery for its VDI implementation program, to include implementation & support of VMware vSphere 6, VMware Horizon 7, VMware Thin App, VMware RDSH, VMware App Volumes and vRealize Operations Manager 6.2.

 Configure and manage VMware ESXi Hosts. Configure and manage VMware View Linked Clone VDI environment. Over 500 unique users access the VMware View environment both internally and externally. Deploy and manage Windows 7 VDI image. Deploy and manage Microsoft Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2 images. Deploy Linux images. Manage 500 and counting zero clients. Virtualize applications using VMware ThinApp. Assist in managing a 500+ server environment. Assist in the patching of both physical and virtual systems using Tivoli Endpoint Manager, WSUS, and SCCM. Help maintain and manage Active Directory, Organizational Units, and Shares within system environment.

 Monitor the TSA HRAccess, US Mint and Nuclear Regulatory Commission networks. Help troubleshoot computer, network and server issues. Applications used: VMware vSphere, VMware View, SharePoint, eHealth, Spectrum and FootPrints
