Detailed communication skills, including oral and written explanation of policy coverage, limitations and exclusions. Collaborate successfully with Congressmen , Senators,Attorneys, contractors, public adjusters and agents throughout the claims process. Congressional Liaison during Hurricane Irene handling congressional assists between the insured's and the IA companies or individual adjusters to get the problems handled with in 24 hours.Attended town hall meetings during Hurricane Irene and handled all insured complaints with in 24-48 hours of receiving them.Handling dispute resolution during all events. Extensive experience handling client calls, correspondence, work flow and logistics in high-volume catastrophe situations. Managed flood adjuster and regular cat adjusters during catastrophe events while running storm office for over 20 years.
