 Achieving seamless Customer Service in Exports and Imports by maintaining interaction with Local as well as Outstation Customers. Interaction with Ground Handling Agents, Service Providers, Contractors and reviewing the AMC’s to ensure we get Value for money and cost-effective services. Focusing on Load ability, Intact ULDs, Mix and Match to get maximum revenue by maximum optimization of space. Direct involvement with Customer Recovery department to get the firsthand information on delays, Customer Issues and ensure they are addressed on Top priority.  Conducting weekly and monthly staff meetings to share the Business updates, Sales Target, Station Performance, Market updates, any change in process and any other issue to make sure all have one understanding. Working as per Customer Service and Commercial Strategy, Joint Calls, regular Customer feedback, Claims and special focus on Key Customer to ensure we get maximum cargo share of the market. Dealing with Airport Authority, Customs and other Local Authorities to ensure our business runs smoothly.  Ensuring Safe and Secure operation, Business Contingency plans, Updated process and procedures with latest manuals. Acceptance of Cargo and DGR/Valuable/Hum/Perishable products as per process and company standards.  Managing the flow of ULDs at station. Liaison with Head Office and other Airlines in case of excess and shortage. Also, to ensure ULD build as per Standards. Ensure weight/volume check done as per standards to plug the leakage of revenue and same recorded and shared for audit purpose. Activating Business Continuity Plan in case of System and Equipment failure at Station. Relocate the entire team to continue their work to ensure Business and Customer are not impacted.  Non-conformance Champion for India (DEL, BOM, CCU, MAA, KTM and BLR). Claim Champion for India (DEL, BOM, CCU, MAA, KTM, and BLR).

Primary Responsibilities Preparation of Airway bill, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping bills (White and Green) and other cargo related documents. Visiting councils for documentation endorsement i.e. Export Promotion Council, Wool and Woolen Export Promotion Council, Textile Export Promotion Council, Handicraft Export Promotion Council, Silk Board. Assisting airport staff for Custom clearance as and when required. Day to day interaction with all Airlines for space booking, cargo freight rates, Flight departure, delivery details and same provided to exporters. Day to day interaction with exporters and giving them firsthand report of their uplifted cargo. Booking of transport and supervision of cargo loaded safely and sent to airport for clearance on time Held solely accountable for care transportations (both inbound & outbound dispatches)
