I have been working in customer service for over 15 years and made the transition into finance in 2015, since then I have gained much experience in everything from collections, loan origination, cash handling and teller activities all the way up to branch management. In my current role I'm working from home as an Administrative Assistant for Vertex, Inc. In this position I am responsible for filing state and local taxes for Fortune 500 companies and ensuring the accounts are in good standing with each state as well as ensuring all files for each of my clients are up to date and filed properly. This requires a very high attention to detail and organization.
