• Recruit, select and train umpires ages 11 to 65• Responsible for developing content and facilitating Rules and Mechanics clinics• Interact and communicate with the umpires for performance improvement• Collaborate with umpires to create a positive on-field experience• Offer support and present life lessons to foster growth among the umpires• Provide encouragement and inspiration to all umpires.

I have umpired hundreds of baseball and softball games since I have been here at OYO. Throughout my time here. I have learned how to prioritize my time management, problem solving, and quick thinking skills throughout my time as an umpire.
