After leaving school I enrolled at West Lancashire college and studied Level 3 Sports Science for 2 years, in between the first and second year I got a job as a claims handler on a PPI scheme at Ingenious Legal Limited. This involved me talking to customers and updating their online enquiry form, before finalising it and getting their claim underway.That job was my first experience in an office environment and it taught me how to deal with customers efficiently and how to interact with customers without sounding rude and dismissive. I later left the position to return to college and pursue my second year of Sports Science, which eventually lead me to leaving with a certificate in Level 3 and some of the highlights of that being a distinction in Leadership in Sport, Level 3 Sports Coaching and Level 2 Gym Instructing. My plans were put on hold when the coronavirus pandemic hit, so I decided to go back to college and learn about computing. This only lasted for a short period because I met Daniel Ezzatvar and started a role distributing leaflets, which has now evolved into an apprenticeship.
