Responsible for Supply Chain leadership of all operations related activities for the “Direct to Customer” legacy hardware product lines, supporting a $1B revenue stream (focused efforts on cost, quality, and delivery).• Lead a newly created supply chain organization focused on the legacy “on premise hardware” revenue stream (inclusive of all functional areas of support: purchasing, supplier management, demand & supply planning, program management, ops engineering & quality). Lead a team of 5 Direct and 140 total global resources in balancing cost, quality, and delivery performance to the needs of the Customers across 4 distinct lines of business.• Developed & implemented a set of supply chain efficiency initiatives that provided improved cost & simplified operations. Successfully completed 2 factory decommissioning actions tied to defined business strategies; successfully stabilized factory support from legacy supply base with declining volumes; and successfully created a culture of innovation & change management to address the changing hardware model with Cloud.• Drove balanced scenario plans with the product business units tied to match set inventory analysis and product supply chain strategies. Developed and initiated a 2 year strategic supplier strategy based on capabilities required and future business needs• Implemented supply chain planning tools enabling efficiency gains in both demand and supply planning activities. Implemented reuse initiatives with data center asset management and deployment plans.

Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of global logistics strategies and policies supporting the hardware operations supply base (internal factories and external manufacturing partners), inclusive of inbound, outbound and reverse logistics.• Manage the Global Logistics Operations organization supporting Worldwide Operations, leading a team of 3 direct reports and 70 total resources (Logistics Supply Management, Logistics Execution management, and Reverse Logistics & Remanufacturing). Focused on driving Customer Delivery Performance through achievement of 95% or higher on time predictability and exceeding all cost targets.• Accountable for managing approximately $67.5M of spend across the Logistics global supply base (Inbound, Outbound, and Warehousing) covering both our Internal and External Manufacturing delivery Sites. Drove joint bid process with Global Services delivering a 2.2% reduction in future spend estimates for Worldwide Operations. Owner of all Commercial and Contractual agreements with all Logistics partners.• Deliver fulfillment, integration, and returns activities into the Oracle Cloud Data Centers, positioning Logistics as a strategic advantage in the company’s focus on enabling Cloud growth.• Position Reverse Logistics / Remanufacturing activities in support of Cloud Data Center and Global Services needs (harvest, reclaim, reuse initiatives) to budgeted targets (cost, quality and delivery).• Provide Logistics program management support to strategic programs driving operational transformation activities (ERP move to Cloud, Supply Chain design, and Product Segmentation initiatives).
