Since 2002 I have provided Consulting and 'Really Enjoyable Training' in the area of 'People & Team Management' and 'Customer Service', produced 'Training' & 'LinkedIn Life Videos' and worked with hundreds of people on their 'Presenting Skills'. I am delighted to have a long standing association with Ibec as Senior Training Consultant. I created Lightbulb-IDEAS based on my global 'Operations & Training' experience across 30 years in a wide range of sectors covering Airports & Transport, Hospitality, Leisure, Shopping Centres and Local Government. I have opened over 400 outlets for, and with, major brands in Hospitality and Retail woking in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Spain, USA, UK and, of course, Ireland. I can honestly say I have an extremely strong customer service ethic and I get huge enjoyment from helping teams to become 'world beating'. On the 'people side', I specialise in Soft Skills Management Training and bring a level of originality, vibrancy and creativity to training activity that you won't have experienced before. I have created and developed training solutions that have won a National Training Award in the Uk and I was the lead in achieving the 'Investors In People' award for SSP AIR UK, making it the largest service sector company to achieve the accreditation for a team of more than 3000.I love working with companies, small & large, on their 'Vision, Mission and Values' and capturing their Company 'Life' and 'In-Company Training' on video to show to their people ...... and the world.
