I am an accomplished mediator with extensive experience mediating domestic and international business, commercial, and real estate matters. This experience also extends to civil rights, employment, FLSA, and tort cases. My commitment to dispute resolution is exemplified by the many pro bono hours I contribute to mediating public interest conflicts. My dedication is further exemplified through my contributions to the field, where I actively engage in writing and conducting training sessions on mediation and negotiation skills.With a litigation background spanning over four decades, I bring a wealth of insight gained from handling high-profile, multi-party litigation. I have consistently demonstrated a meticulous approach and a strategic mindset in addressing legal challenges.My professional affiliations and rich experience include being part of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York (SDNY), New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division mediation panels. I also proudly served on the SDNY Mediation Advisory Committee from 2016 to 2018, contributing my perspectives to shaping effective mediation practices. Beyond this, I have contributed to the mediation landscape as an SDNY Mediator Evaluator Trainer.Sharing my knowledge has been an integral part of my journey. As an Adjunct Professor at CUNY Law School, I had the privilege of guiding students through the intricacies of mediation in the Mediation Clinic, and later as a Mediation Seminar Instructor. My role extends to being a mediator trainer and evaluator for the NYC Bar Association Basic Mediation program, as well as for the Westchester & Rockland County Mediation CenterMy academic foundation is solid, with an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School, a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, and a B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
