I am in charge of ensuring that all work is in compliance with all Air Force requirements being manufactured in contractor facilities. I plan and follow established agency procedures covering risk management and quality evaluation functions. I also implement a risk management program that ensures requirements concerning manufacture, inspection, testing. And delivery of quality items are met. Developed key team-level objectives/goals and established management indicators for analysis of team functions to those goals. Provide Performance Plans of key activities related to achieving the overarching goal, and the associated individual performance measures (metrics). I investigate problem areas from damaged or in operable parts that do not meet Air Force specifications, then make recommendations from my findings on how to fix the problem. when a quality implication of a process which, because of its end use, Is subject to a variety of unique and specialized manufacturing process and testing procedures. I consistently have to determine the adequacy of the suppliers,contractors processes to continuously produce conforming products, asses contractor controls over product quality, and identify opportunities for process improvements through analysis of process measurable data.
