Met with a blind super user to understand business rules and common keyboard Hot Keys used for accessible Web applications. Design, author, and provide aid in installation of a Console Application that tracks Social Security Number changes. Integrate mobile technologies with Case Notes entry from the Client Status Intranet application. Wrote a windows based application that lets a case worker import their case notes to SQL from their PDA.
