CurrentProgram Manager: Program Manager for sanitary sewer system engineering programs including more than 50 projects with annual revenue of nearly $5 million. Programs involve dozens of staff from 10 office locations and include sewer system assessments, flow monitoring, hydraulic modeling, and design and construction services. Construction projects include open cut and trenchless technologies and work on private property. Through a holistic rehabilitation approach, projects have eliminated large amounts of inflow and infiltration (I/I) from the sewer systems and achieved greater than 50% peak wet-weather flow reductions in targeted sewer basins.Design Leader: PE of record for more than 20 sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects using trenchless technologies (cured-in-place pipe/lateral lining, grouting mains/laterals, and a variety of manhole rehabilitation techniques).Construction Services: Project manager and construction administrator on numerous construction projects. Lead shop drawing reviews, progress meetings, change order process and contractor negotiations.Alternative Project Delivery: Lead delivery of more than $400 million of water and wastewater projects using traditional and alternative project delivery methods (i.e. design-build and design-build-operate). Also lead the procurement for outsourcing treatment plant operations (i.e. contract operations). Project responsibilities have included development of procurement documents (RFQ, RFP and contract), shortlisting of vendors, proposal evaluations and contract negotiations.Stormwater: Led the evaluation of a new stormwater utilities for six different communities in PA.Bond Engineer: Managed engineering evaluations and annual reporting in support of bond issuances for capital program financing and concession lease agreements.Private I/I: Managed a pilot program to identify, remove and assess the impact of illegal residential sump pump connections to a municipal sanitary sewer system.
