I service SAP , Fix printers and help users with anything they need. I also work along side production leaders to make sure everything IT wise is running fine. This is a production environment that supports a made a to order system for our customer. We make sure all crucial systems are functioning as down time is and must be avoided at all costs. I have some admin tasks such as adding groups to users accounts , disabling accounts and resetting passwords. I work with Xibo signage software often. They are used to display work instructions for each station and job duty in the plant. Mainly we have to fix them when they want to stop displaying the videos for what ever reason.

Manage produce inventory . Weigh in and out incoming trucks. Data entry and corresponding paper work. Some light computer work.
