• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers by providing a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda• Schedule test drives and follow up on customers by walking them through the purchasing process• Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviours• Inspire customers to create the excitement around Polestar offers, including vehicle, financing solutions, service etc.• Vehicle preparation according to Polestar standards. Host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level

• Deliver hands on demonstrations with customers, showcasing the unique benefits of Dyson products across the Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care and Professional categories• Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual KPI whilst delivering a high standard of customer service• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in your area, always looking for opportunities to increase Dyson in-store presence• Build strong relationships with store management and staff
