As the Operations Manager at Ricci Lumber, I am dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing inventory procedures, and leading a skilled team to achieve our daily objectives and long-term goals. My role encompasses managing all facets of operations including ordering, pricing, inventory control, and personnel development. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service to our customers day in and day out.I am proud to be a graduate of the Kodiak Emerging Leaders Program, which has honed my leadership skills and management skills. It helped widened my perspective on the industry as a whole, allowing me a deeper insight into all aspects of building materials.
