I have retired from COLSA and COLSA Global. Lauren and I consult through our company T-Cubed, LLC. We lived in Florence Italy from 2015-2018, then we moved to Destin, Florida. We have now moved to Kona, Hawaii, having sold all other real estate and have settled here where we have renovated Lauren's parents house. Once settled I intend to apply for grants via the Hawaii natural energy lab and focus on renewable power sources.

Over 26 years of experience in Program Management encompassing Research and Development, Test, and Engineering, and Production and Fielding programs. Formulated acquisition strategy, planned programs and budgets, executed multiple simultaneous programs, directed test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, cost containment, and foreign military sales programs. Present tasks include management of Intellectual Property (IP), development of new products and market strategies in areas of testbeds, launch vehicles, command and control networks, high performance computer systems. Responsible for all ITAR related activities.

Served as the Project Manager of the National Missile Defense (NMD) Ground Based Radar (GBR) Project Office. The Ballistic Missile Defense Organization's NMD GBR Prototype (GBR-P) effort was developed to resolve critical radar technology issues and provide the primary sensor to support integrated NMD system testing at the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll (USAKA). The GBR-P program development resolves the radar issues of discrimination, target object map, kill assessment, and electro-mechanical scan. The GBR-P Radar is designed with sufficient range to support the full range of NMD test requirements.
