Account Executive: Manage a growing Dedicated Book of Business of over 20 clients across different verticals (Ocean/Air) and Import/Export client account by acting as a liaison between Licensed Customs Brokers, agents, Ocean/Air Terminal Operators and customers while preparing quotes and all necessary shipping contracts while highlighting upsells and managing account renewals.Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the routing of import and export bookings with airline and ocean carriers while reviewing and ensure alignment of shipping instructions including to clarify any deviations/conflicts in contradiction to country regulations, export compliance, rate, and routing information.Client Success/Churn Prevention: Act as liaison while implementing/providing world-class customer service and cultivate relationships with customers, carriers, and agent representatives regarding air, ocean, import, and export products to support the development/retention of existing and new customers.CRM Implementation & Analysis: Prepare all necessary shipping documentation related to international bookings and process all import/export documentation to clearing agents to include: (HAWB’s, MAWB’s, AES’s, Manifest, Shipping Instructions, Haz Cargo Decl., Bill of Ladings, and Certificate of Origin, etc.) while providing follow up and communication all inquiries, including RFI's, RFQ's and all other customer, agent and MAO partner office inquiries.Technical Expertise: Knowledge of state, federal, and international applicable laws and regulations i.e. customs, TSA, security, and all other import and export government agencies that regulate international trade.
