Over 35 years of military and acquisition experience including 24 with defense acquisition programs (DAWIA Level III certified), logistics, budgeting, and operations/training management. Professional leader and take-charge problem solver with significant accomplishments at all levels of the military and DOD supervising, motivating, and teaming with military, government, and contractor personnel. Results-oriented Program Manager with experience in launching new programs, and developing/implementing process improvements.I am responsible for the strategic development, fiduciary management, and day-to-day operations of the company. This includes our vision, mission, funding, personnel, equipment, marketing, business/program development, and community relations.

As the Operations Manager, I was responsible for providing on-site operational support to the Government Product and Deputy Product Managers responsible for the development, integration, test, and production of soldier equipment such as the Joint Effects Targeting System (JETS), Precision Targeting Systems (Locators, Designators, and Entry Devices) for the Joint Force Scout, Forward Observer, and Joint Terminal Attack Controller. In addition, I am the principal for all open actions/taskers and EOIR technical lead on-site. I ensure that all actions/taskers are met and executed according to the suspense directed by the Combat Developer, PM SSL, PEO, DOD or Congress. Also, I planned, coordinated, and provided program oversight IAW DOD acquisition guidelines for current and future SPTD programs (ACAT II & III Reviews, Industry Days, and Programmatic Assessment for Leaders, Quarterly Reviews to PEO, SMART Charts, LIRA, SAND Charts, Weapon System Reviews, SharePoint Management, Weekly SPEARs, Security and Facility Management). I compiled and reported on programs and budgets, prepared presentations and other materials to support SPTD, PM SSL, PEO, and DOD programming and operational processes, and prepare requirements documentation information as needed (Fulltime Support Assessment, P & R Forms Submission, FY Spend Plans to DOD).
