- Designed and implemented the entire commercial strategy for the conference facilities within the Club Quarters Hotel in Lincoln's Inn Field. - By benchmarking against local competition, I focussed on all areas of the marketing mix in order to establish our position in the market with regards to product offerings, prices, and define our target markets. - Defined the business's marketing and sales strategy and implemented systems to ensure they are followed by the team and created a foundation to introduce a new Events Team.- Manage all stages of private bookings from handling client's initial enquiry, converting the enquiry to a sale, ensure the event runs smoothly operationally and following up for feedback.- Created standardised reports to inform the directors and board of conference space performance and progress.- Integrated the Design My Night software, Collins, for the restaurant and conference space, making use of all features including Collins Pay, Pre-orders and the Tonic Ticketing system.
