Information Security Team Lead
Lead team supporting a Fortune 200 customer over a history of several security platform solutions; along with Active Directory endpoint management, and group policy management administration.- Team Lead for security team and senior escalation for incidents and requests submitted to our support queues in the ServiceNow ticketing system.- Service Delivery Lead, support, and maintain security solutions including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Symantec Endpoint Protection, and a range of legacy Trend Micro solutions including DLP.- Service Delivery Lead and support of endpoint management Active Directory security groups and computer objects, Group Policy Management for endpoint administration, along with managing DFS file share and BitLocker/MBAM infrastructure.- Engage both internal and customer management and stakeholders daily which includes coordinating solutions, service delivery, and efficiencies meeting the needs of the business. - Engage and collaborate with other support venders regularly supporting the customer where support scopes blend and/or general support requirements include collaboration between different vendors and internal support teams.- Weekly engagement with Change Management/Control council and meetings, which includes submitted requests by my team, or myself directly, through ServiceNow for review, approval, implementation, and ultimate fulfillment.-Technical Project Lead for migration through several different security platform solutions.
