TISSC Maintenance Manager • Management of TISSC response to, and reporting on, all Urgent Defects (URDEFs) and Corrective Maintenance requests • Priority task progression (URDEF / TM200) | rectification of priority repairs • Interfacing with stakeholder community for all matters relating to the assigned ship • Integrating and optimising Subcontract Service work with Supply Service activities for safe and effective execution • Subcontractor Risk Management • Quality Assurance and collation of OQE for all Maintenance Activities Systems Maintenance Planning: • Provide specialist expertise on the application of Maintenance Support as applied to the Mission System • Optimise system support solutions to align with and exploit capability, capacity and availability criteria • Ensure that support solutions remain efficient and effective in terms of priority systems, maintenance execution and supply-chain dependencies • Undertake technical investigations arising from corrective maintenance requests and draft Work Instructions to enable a competent repairer to rectify the fault or defect• Understand the current configuration status of systems and equipment utilising extant databases and tools • Ensure adherence to the requirements of the Naval Technical Regulatory Framework • Undertake the integration and validation of the support solution designs including contributing to the integration and validation plans and reports • Undertake qualification planning execution, analysis and reporting Additional responsibilities include: • maintaining a proactive and vigilant team safety culture aligned with the Life Saving Controls philosophy • having an up-to-date understanding the material condition of each ship • driving inputs and assistance of supply chain, engineering, operations and LHDSPO / RAN stakeholders to support availability • familiarity with key Contract requirements• fortnightly reporting of Achievements, Plans, Issues, financials
