We re-branded as TDG, Inc. dba AD&A in February of 2021, so AD&A could serve exclusively as the security arm of TDG, Inc. We are working on adding unconventional services to TDG, Inc. that would supplement what AD&A offers and further establish us as a highly specialized private security firm.

Static/Stationary Security: Developed The Drake Group, Inc. business model, implementing all company policies, SOPs, legal guidelines, training program, Administrative and Budget Operations. Cultivated and maintain strong partnership with LAPD, LAFD and CHP. Created Security Operational Plan for the 11-acre Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch, CA. We oversee all security operations 24/7, including worship services with 11,000+ weekend attendees, and special events ranging from 2,000 to 40,000 attendees. Global Special Events: Execute large-scale Global Security Operations for our clients' events. Major events of 6,000 + attendees held globally, including Europe, Asia, Australia and numerous domestic locations. Assist in establishing Credentials and Access Programs for events. Research and investigate any possible Global Threat Assessments for each Client. Procure and maintain trusted working relationships with global vendors and law enforcement.

Coordinated and executed complex security operations for our clients' large-scale events. Designated clients included Amazon, Apple, Google, NFL, AMPAS, and other high-profile entities.

Established and supervised the security operations of 1,500+ large-scale events from red-carpet blockbuster movie premieres to music concerts. Supervised teams of 30 - 300 security staff and coordinated major Hollywood studio events with Disney, Warner Brothers, Sony, and Universal. Managed and performed EP tactical plans for entertainment industry VIPs.

-Conducted high-risk narcotic investigations for both the Field Enforcement Section and Citywide Nuisance Abatement Program, coordinating multiple entities including Building and Safety, Vice Division, and the City Attorney’s office. Also worked in an undercover capacity, wrote, and served dozens of warrants.-Developed and conducted tactical search warrant briefings for multi-agency operations including DEA and ATF.-Served as a liaison between LAPD and the L.A. District Attorney’s office, negotiating felony narcotic complaints resulting in an increase in successful prosecution.
